Compact Year Course

Students on this course have lessons in the mornings only. The course is available all year, to students who can make a commitment to study for at least six months.

At the beginning of your course we will give you a test, to make sure you join a class at the right level. Your class will have no more than 16 students in it.

You will have 20 lessons every week. You will study grammar and you will also have activities to help you speak more fluently. You will become more confident by using new vocabulary in real discussions. We will encourage you to use the language laboratory, library and computer facilities in your free time. You will also have access to email and the internet.

Where will I live?

If you do not have accommodation already, we can help you find it. We offer accommodation in host families. You will have a comfortable room, and you will be given breakfast and dinner every day, and lunch at weekends. Our welfare staff are always ready to talk to you about your accommodation.
