We offer two English language courses during June, July and August. Both courses are taught in small international groups. We teach at all levels, from elementary to advanced.
The General Intensive course runs all year. Students can join the course for part of the summer. On the General Intensive course, you will have lessons all day, and a social programme in the evening.
Read about the General Intensive Course if you think it is right for you.
The Summer Vacation Course is for students who want to spend less time studying. On this course, you will study for half the day, and you can join in with the Social Programme when you are not studying.
On this page you will read about the Summer Vacation Course.
At the beginning of your course we will give you a test, to make sure you join a class at the right level. Your class will have no more than 16 students in it.
You will have 20 lessons every week. You will study grammar and you will also have activities to help you speak more fluently. You will become more confident by using new vocabulary in real discussions. We will encourage you to use the language laboratory, library and computer facilities in your free time. You will also have access to email and the internet.
You will be able to choose between living with a host family and living in a student residence. Wherever you live, you will be given breakfast and dinner every day, and lunch at weekends. Our welfare staff are always ready to talk to you about your accommodation.
