Students who took the Compact Year Course

	Min-Jeoung took the Compact Year course. "After this I'll go back to my school and get a job. I think this course and experiences in Oxford will help me someday. I intend to work in advertising. My host family have taught me that young people can be friends with old people."
Hyun Jin Cho from Korea chose this school because it was in Oxford and she would be able to walk to school. "I only have morning classes so I have free time to work. I am not afraid of speaking English now because I have spoken with host family, friends and teachers. I think studying here will help me a lot in my ways when I go back to Korea."
	Mohammed from Saudi Arabia took the Compact Year course. "I want to join the medical course in one of the medical schools in the UK. I need good English. I have improved in my language at this school. I like the students and I have met a lot of people from over the world."
Yi-chun from China took the Compact Year course before going to do a Masters degree in Historic Conservation. "This school is small and compact so it is easy to get around and meet with different people. I have learned lots about cultures in different countries. I am going to prepare for IELTS and my teachers have supported me all the way through."
	Shuhei from Japan took the Compact Academic Year Course before starting on the Cambridge First Certificate Course. "I like the classes because of the teachers. The homework is interesting and I find the exam practice very useful."
Belen from Spain took the Cambridge First Certificate Course. "The teachers were GREAT. I'm going to change my university course and become a translator!"
	Franziska from the Netherlands took the Cambridge First Certificate Course. "I chose to come here because of its reputation. I became more fluent in my spoken English and gained greater listening skills."
Sonja from Switzerland took the Cambridge Advanced Certificate Course during her holidays. "The teachers are helpful and understanding. We study hard but the lessons are always enjoyable."
